The Pascagoula-Gautier School District is proud to announce Dr. Victoria Hoover as its new director of curriculum and instruction, a new district position launching in the 2026-2027 school year.

Dr. Hoover currently serves as principal of Martin Bluff Elementary School and has more than 20 years of experience in education, all within PGSD. Her service includes roles as a teacher at Singing River Elementary School and a lead teacher supporting multiple PK-5 campuses.

Her work includes districtwide professional learning, literacy initiatives, MTSS support, and data-driven instruction that helped raise a school accountability rating from D to A.
